New: Fixed-Priced Consultation Services

Package 1 – From Fires to Focus: $1,500

At the end of the consultation, your organization will have clearly identified both obstacles and opportunities in the current environment (as they relate to one or two specific organizational issues) and consider them in developing new tactics that support the organization’s established strategic objectives.

Our consultants will work with you to:

  • Clarify which issues are critical to focus on in this process.

  • Identify obstacles and opportunities as they relate to one or two organizational issues.

  • Ensure the right people are participating in this process for buy-in and ownership of results.

  • Utilize a proven process to bring groups to consensus around priorities and action.

  • Provide recommendations for action steps to address your critical priorities.

  • Provide a summary report of this process, the agreed upon steps, and additional recommendations from our toolbox to help move you forward.

  • A 60 minute check-in call 3 months after completion of the report to provide additional support.

This consultation package includes a 60-90 minute prep call with organizational leadership, consultative agenda development, and a two-hour zoom facilitation to set goals, along with the report and a follow-up call.


Package 2 – Foundational Strengths Assessment: $3,500

We know you must understand where you are before you can move forward!

You’ve got an idea of how you’d like your programs to grow and your organization to function, but the everyday makes it difficult to step back to get that holistic view of the present that will help you move forward into the future.

Our expert consultants will work with you to:

  • Diagnose what’s working, what you need to change and how you can get around roadblocks that may be holding you back

  • Conduct a survey with board and staff

  • Review your strategy

  • Scan your financials

  • Gather information on each of the key pillars that support your mission: governance, management, financial resources, systems and program to suss out roadblocks that may be holding you back. Based on Susan Kenny Steven’s Nonprofit Lifecycles model, these tools will give you key insights on your organizations development and what you need to do to get where you want to be.

Based on the findings, we’ll create a report with a pithy assessment, along with recommendations about how your organization can grow stronger, positioned for the next jump forward.

After this consultation is complete, your organization will understand where you in the non-profit lifecycle for each organizational pillar, what that looks like, where you need to go next, and specific roadblocks to overcome/milestones to be reached to be on solid ground to achieve a new stage of organizational growth and stability.
